I’m Tasha, the artist behind the pencils, and I’m passionate about capturing the heart and soul of your furry, hairy, feathery or even scaly family members. Like many others, I’ve always felt a deep bond with animals. It’s why I dog walk locally as Mulberry’s Mates. What started as sketching my own pets has turned into a passion for helping others celebrate theirs. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to draw so many different dogs, cats, birds and even some exotic “pets”, including a giraffe and a Zambian Sable. It makes me happy when I capture your pet’s personality in my drawing. It means so much more when the subtle individual characteristics are visible in my pet portraits. Then my ultimate joy comes from you, the animal’s human, and what your reaction to my portrait of your pet brings.
