Rothschild giraffe

A Rothschild giraffe, just one of a small but thriving herd named after my family on a farm in South Africa.

This pet portrait was one of my first trial drawing. It’s A2 in size, created with Derwent coloured pencils. It’s what made me fall back in love with drawing again.
