Bedlington/Whippet crosses - Ned & Buzz

Ned and Buzz are much loved family pets belonging to Will, Polly and their young children. For Will’s 50th birthday, Will’s Dad conspired with the help of Will’s wife, Polly to commission the above hand drawn, pet portraits of their fur babies.

Naturally these will be a much cherished birthday gift, but even more so as Will’s talented wife Polly will be photographing their children’s portraits for him too!

This pair of Bedlington/Whippet crosses challenged me with their mix of soft and wirey whisps of fur. Their love and intelligence shone through their eyes, making them such a lovely pair to draw.
