Cockapoo - Red
Red is a Sussex, UK based Cockapoo belonging to the loveliest family. My friend, Lou commissioned this portrait to celebrate Red’s place in the family and for bringing a lot of love and joy into their lives. Red was actually my last portrait of 2025, it took me right up to the 23rd December… but luckily being local, I could hand over Red’s portrait in person to be gifted over the holidays!
’s hard to believe Harry’s portrait will hang in California, having been given as a surprise Christmas gift at a family unwrapping in Costa Rica! He’ll have travelled more than me in 2025!
He’s a beautiful boy, described as gentle, kind soul. I hope I’ve captured that soft look in his eyes. He’s got the lightest fur, tendrils of cream and white. He reminds me of one of the Timotei adverts with the wind blowing in long, blond hair.
Red’s 10”x 8” portrait was drawn with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils.
